Just back from a quiet and slow break in Norfolk. We had long easy days of walking, looking at the ever changing skies, some shopping, enjoying seeing the Spring flowers and now feel refreshed and recharged. I even managed to run 5k x 3 although my legs felt like lead! My breathing and heart rate is so much better, it’s my legs I need to work upon. Here’s to the forthcoming summer, we’ve runs planned, another holiday, some bike rides and some crafty projects that I’m excited about.
